| Details | The "House of Wax" made in 1953 established Vincent Price as an important horror star. Cast as Professor Henry Jarrod his body has been burnt and deformed in a blaze at the museum caused by his greedy partner to raise an insurance payment. Human corpses are put in boiling wax for display in the chamber of horrors. Charles Bronson plays Vincent Price's mute assistant in this masterpiece which was the most successful 3-D film ever.
