| Details | This six page Warner-Pathe campaign book features interesting ideas for the enthusiastic cinema manager to exploit including "Approach the curator of local museums that have Chinese exhibits and suggest that he installs a foyer display of Manderins, robes, silks, statues, tapestry's and weapons etc..." The featured stills include pictures of the seven beautiful "'Brides of Fu Manchu' who were all winners of special contests organised in nine countries on behalf of the film's producers, as their prize, they were awarded roles of hostages, torn from their families by the malevolent, power seeking Fu Manchu (Christopher Lee)" Interestingly the campaign book has advice on the use of the quad poster - "Cutout sections could also be used in and around the theatre" |
