| Details | You've got to hand it to Patrick O'Neal who escapes the gallows by chopping his manacled hand off and freeing himself. Even without his right hand he goes on to single-handedly menace 19th Century Baltimore. This was the first of the "Horror Horn" and "Fear Flasher" movies where cinema audiences were invited to close their eyes in the nick of time. Unusual to see this poster and surprisingly with the references to the "Fear Flasher" and "Horror Horn" as some cinema owners would have removed this from the poster as not all cinemas had these gimmicks in operation. |
