| Details | In 1960 when this film was made Steve McQueen was yet to hit the heights of superstardom and therefore we have the photos of Yul Brynner and Horst Buchholz on either side of the title. The emphasis is very much on the "Magnificent Seven" of course who we see pictured riding in this rolled condition British Quad film poster. "Printed in England" features in lower case at the bottom left with the printers name on the right "Stafford & Co. Ltd. Nottingham & London" This is the British Quad film poster release from 1962/1963 which is slightly different to the 1960 poster which has a little blue in the sky at the top above the tag line. Later posters had a much more limited colour palette than this 1962/1963 one. It is very difficult to find this British quad film poster in rolled condition. This one has some brown marks as seen on the 'TH' of the word "THE" in the title. The colours on this one are amazing and very bright. |
