| Details | Hard to find Walt Disney film poster for "The Sign of Zorro" an original film poster from 1957. The masked figure on the horse is the legendary swordsman Zorro who uses his sword to leave a figure 'Z' as his trademark leaving sign. Zorro is played by Guy Williams painted at the lower right where there is also a Maltese board of film censors round stamp in the corner as we purchased this film poster in Malta directly from a cinema owner. The film poster is also very interesting as the reverse of the poster has many interesting children's blue biro drawing and doodles which are really fascinating and do not show through to the front. There are a few areas of tape reinforcement particularly at the top corners of the film poster. Bright colours printed in England by Stafford & Co. of Netherfield, Nottingham and London. |
