| Details | Classy film poster for the Metro Goldwyn Mayer film "Grand Hotel" made in 1932 and starring Great Garbo, John and Lionel Barrymore, Joan Crawford and Wallace Beery as residents of the Berlin hotel. This is a historic film poster which has 3 interesting classification stamps from Portugal on the front together with an interesting logo from "Filmes Castello Lopes LDA" a very famous film family dating from 1916. The reverse of the poster has two further stamps together with a large capital letter stamping of the film name and M.G.M. We believe the film poster to be a re-release from either the 50's or early 60s. The film poster was backed historically with brown parchment paper and this can be seen at the borders on the front. A great piece of cinema history. |
