| Details | You won't ever find a better condition rolled British Quad for Star Wars. Tom Chantrell was employed to enhance the star appeal and the merchandising opportunities for Fox and George Lucas. He was paid his highest figure for painting this image (£2000) and this was a good investment for the Studio as the previous Hildebrandt commission was not commercial enough for the planned toy and product marketing through Kenner. This is the Style C poster in excellent rolled condition. Printed in England by W. E. Berry Ltd of Bradford. Awesome artwork and one of the most collectible posters of all time. |
